In the past years, many of the grain silo warehouse is built by the farmer on itself, which grain warehouse’s waterproof is not well. Some of our clients once questioned the grain steel silo, they think the steel silo may not store the grain perfectly for the temperature difference of the steel plate and the thin thickness of the silo wall. However, the successful case proves security and reliability of steel silo.

For the grain steel silo, the silo wall is thin although, heat absorption and radiating of heat is fast, what’s more, there is thermometer check device, once finding any change, user can deal with it. The grain is kept under the temperature of 5-15℃, power consumption of the cooling is 4-6℃ per ton of grain. Based on grain ventilation technology, our silo is equipped with grain cleaning system, screening system, classification system, deducting system, etc. all which system ensures the grain steel silo safety.

Generally, the grain steel silo’s working life is 25-50 years, but we know different country, climate, usage will have effect on life of steel silo, so to extend the silo life, we will do galvanized heat treatment for the silo wall, and then press the galvanized steel plate into corrugated shape, which will increase the silo intensity and keep the silo more durable.
