The making process of spiral steel silo: When the installing machine is prepared on the site, the steel roll will be put in middle of the uncoiling machine to be spread, and then the spread sheet will be put into forming machine to become geometric shape, which geometric shape will be put into edge folding machine, finally which edge folding machine form one spiral band with 30 or 40 mm thickness, five times of the raw material thickness, outside the silo wall.

Construction method of spiral steel silo:
On the installation site, the spiral silo roof was finished on ground and then will be lift up. All the silo body was made of galvanized steel sheet, whose weight is equal to reinforcement of the concrete silo, so the cost of spiral silo is low.
