How to Store Bulk Cement

Bulk cement storage is a new problem now.

In former time, we only use bag to store bulk cement, one bag is 25 kg, 50 kg or 100 kg. Then, we build concrete silo to store cement. Now, we use spiral steel silo to store bulk cement.This cement storage silo is made of hot rolled galvanized steel.

The cement storage silo can be divided into three parts, silo roof/top, silo body/shell, silo bottom.

Silo roof includes cover board, purline, platform, upper ring, under ring, feeding hole, air hole, safety fence and Skirting board.

Our spiral cement silo adopts the most advanced Lipp technology in the world.

Its construction method is unique. While constructing, send the ciol sheet of 495 mm in width into the profiling station, making an required encircling spiral protruding strip of 30-40mm width around the silo body, thus, it plays the role of increasing the strength of the silo body.Then for two different kinds of steel sheets, the Lipp equipment can also implement the double folding .
