How To Solve Regular Faults in Cement Tanks Using

Bolted cement tank is the main part of big cement steel silo, used to store and discharge cement powder temporarily. During using process of the cement tank, it is inevitable to appear fault, only knowing the cause and solution of fault we can make good maintenance and repair for the silo.

Fault one: cement inside tank discharging is not smooth.
Cause: Here is precipitation in the pipe of cement tank, which precipitation blocked the pipe so the discharging is not smooth.
Solution: Check and clean the precipitation inside pipe, and keep the pipe clean.

Fault two: Can not feed cement powder into tank. Discharge valve is not closed, not open, and the exhaust valve has leakage.
Cause: the blanking cone valve can not be opened; the exhaust valve leakage transport tank. 
Solution: Check if the cylinder piston, connecting bar is at suitable position or not, and check the cylinder's gas switch state, leaks or blocks ? Then clean the debris inside valve and make it sealed. Timely check if the exhaust valve tray rubber is blowing or not, and timely replacing blown rubber, at the same time, opening the exhaust tray and discharge other debris in the cement tank.

Fault three: During feeding cement into cement tank, here is powder emerging on the top of tank.
Cause: The dust collector filter clogging and material level meter failure.
Solution: the dust separator filter clean, if the element damage, a new; new material level meter, then to check the reliability level gauge material with alarm device.
Cleaning the dust filter, if the filter is broken, user shall change new filter. Changing new level meter and ensure the it reliable and stable.

Fault four: The feeding speed of screw conveyor is slow.
Cause: One reason is the conveyor is broken, and another reason is discharging is not smooth.
Solution: Check if the blade of the conveyor is deformed, if there appearing deformation, user shall tear down to correct or change new blade. Check level tank, if the level tank appears stoppage, the user shall clean it well.
