When cement powder is stored in steel silo, for the extrusion and damp and other factor, the cement powder will appear caking phenomenon, if not clean the caking, it will become bigger, which not only take space in side steel silo, also will affect the normal discharging operation.
To solve above question, we adopts installation of fluidizing devices inside steel silo, which will transport air into steel silo to force cement flowing and decrease the cement density and then make cement cohesion, finally making discharging rate of cement up above 90%.
Principle of Fluidizing Devices:
The low pressure air goes into bottom of steel silo through aeration tank and make the cement powder flow and change the frictional angle, and makes the powder forming flowing state under gravity of the tangential component of the role, then the powder will down along with the slope. Which device has many outstanding features, such as simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost, small wear, operation reliable,easy to change the direction of conveyance and multi-point handling, etc.
