How to Discharge Cement From Steel Silo

1.Before the cement start discharge, open the gate under the cement silo bottom.
2.According to the transport capacity, operator will open the valve at different state, if open the valve fully, it may cause cement block inside transport system.
3.If cement silo bottom is designed as multi-points discharge, operator shall keep cement discharge hole empty, then auxiliary discharge holes are permitted to open with order from edge to center, and two symmetrical holes together and same diameter.
4.Generally, grain silo is equipped with sweep auger, which sweep auger will not start until the discharge hole is empty, and when meeting the grain caking, it is not permitted to start sweep auger. Operator shall deal with the grain coking, then start the sweep auger to sweep the grain on the silo bottom.
5.When silo inside appears grain caking,operator shall go into silo inside to clean the caking, at the same time, the transport system under silo bottom should be stop. 
6.When discharge process, the silo roof ventilation should open.
7.When material discharged fully, operator should go inside silo to do cleaning, in order to keep easy to next use.
8.At any condition, it is forbidden to open any discharge hole on the silo bottom, or the silo manufacturer is not responsible for the steel silo.
