  In harvesting season, farmers will collect the grain together and transported them by car for automatic weighing, sampling, and inspection before feeding into the steel silos for storage. For the whole process, The grain dust generated during unloading to steel silo is adsorbed by a pulse dust collector, and then transported to bucket elevator through a feeding pit and cleaning, air separation and then feed into storage silos. Various impurities in the grain are removed to improve the cleanliness of the grain and meet the standard cleanliness requirements. The storage silo can be designed with a capacity of 50-5000 tons. Wet grain needs to be ventilated and cooled for short-term storage in the temporary storage silo, and then enters the drying tower for drying. The dried grain enters the dry grain silo. The temperature measurement system inside steel silo conducts temperature control testing to ensure the safe storage of the grain.
The steel silo has two forms stiffeners, one is inner column reinforcement and the other is outer column reinforcement, The silowall panel is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized corrugated plate, which has a beautiful appearance and high zinc content. The connecting screws and bolts are made of galvanized screws too, and aviation sealant is used for easy assembly and connection, with good sealing performance.
