Discharging System of Spiral Steel Silo

Spiral steel silo is an building facility used for cement storage, grain storage, and other material storage. The inner side of spiral steel silo is distributed with coiled shape, which can make full use of the silo inner space, as well it contributes to load and unload the material.

Following is introduction for the discharging system of spiral steel silo:
The discharging system is a sealed machine, it convey the material in silo bottom to discharging pipe, no matter how big the air pressure inner the pipe, the material can’t back to the discharging machine, as the end of the discharging machine is equipped with back pressure valve. When the material inner silo is conveyed out by the discharging machine, any air outside is forbidden into inside of the steel silo, which keeps the silo inner from moisture.The discharging machine is equipped on the center of the silo bottom, it is vertical with the silo bottom, and is not fixed with pressure reducer and support.
