Precautions for the discharge of steel silo:

1. When the steel silo is discharged, the conveyor should be turned on, and then the lower gate of the silo should be opened.

2. Adjust the opening amount of the manual plug valve under the steel silo according to the output of the steel silo, but it cannot be opened too much. If the output is too large, the output port may be blocked.

3. If it is a multi-outlet steel silo design, then we can open the steel silo after it is completely empty to ensure that the surrounding materials can be emptied smoothly, and when opening, we must first open the two symmetrical edges, and then Gradually open to the steel silo, roughly ensuring that the flow rates of the two discharge ports on the edge are the same.

4. Similarly, when the steel silo is discharging, the vent on the top of the silo must be opened. To avoid dust explosion accidents.

5. After the material is unloaded, clean up the steel silo to facilitate the next use!

Reminder: During the material storage period, the steel silo should be inspected regularly, especially in summer, if the outdoor temperature is high, or the moisture content of the stored material exceeds the standard, we must shorten the inspection interval to ensure the safe storage of the material!
